As a Turnkey Projects Manufacturer, I would like to share with you the abnormal situations that occur easily in the operation of the automatic capsule filling machine as follows:
First, the capsule shell cannot be separated.
1. The capsule shell itself needs to be replaced.
2. The vacuum is too small, you can see by looking at the vacuum meter. The vacuum is too small for many reasons. For the reasons of the vacuum pump itself, ask a mechanic to repair or replace the vacuum pump. The trachea separated from the vacuum pump connected to the capsule shell was broken. Replace the trachea. The filter membrane of the vacuum pump is blocked, and the filter membrane is cleaned. There are also reasons for too small water flow, so replace the larger water flow pipes. Specific issues require specific analysis. Here I have only listed a few simple ones.
3. The gap between the module and the capsule shell separator is too large. Either adjust the height of the capsule shell separator, or the module, or the telescopic rod in the module is defective. Analysis is needed to find a solution. Here the medicine powder is too fine or the medicine powder is too sticky, which is prone to problems.
4. The module is not correct. Align the module with the debug lever until it is automatically seated.
5. The medicine powder is too sticky to block the module. The module should be cleaned.
Second, the head and tail of the capsule are recessed. Sometimes the capsule shell has a problem. I have encountered a lot of this before, and replacing the capsule shell solved it. Then check whether the height of the thimble needs to be adjusted at the thimble. Sometimes increasing the stress area of the capsule can also be solved. Increasing the stress area of the capsule shell is to customize a thicker thimble. I heard this from the capsule manufacturers. We didn't do it at the time.
Thirty-three, capsule rubbing, this is very headache, and it is often encountered. Need to be treated carefully. This phenomenon is generally caused by the following reasons.
1. Capsule and capsule body are too different due to the capsule itself. The capsule shell needs to be replaced.
2. Too much medicine powder remains on the module. The module needs to be cleaned.
3. When the module is installed, the upper and lower molds are not aligned, realign the module. Until the debugging lever can automatically fall into place.
4. In fact, it is also related to the particle size of medicinal powder. In talking to others, others also said that there is a reason for this. I have not confirmed the details. If this is indeed the case, then this item should be added in the verification. Whether the particle size can cause the phenomenon of cleavage. If it is confirmed that this phenomenon does occur, then it should be considered whether the screen should be replaced.
